On-line Automated Systems Training Needs Analysis & Consultation Services
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services' (ODJFS)announces the release of Request for Letterhead Bids (RLB)#: JFSR1011068077 for the purpose of obtaining the services of one qualified vendor who will perform an assessment and analysis of training tools currently available to ODJFS employees. ODJFS is seeking analysis and recommendations for new technology, and strategic planning for the delivery of automated systems training. ODJFS is interested in the inclusion of self-directed, on-line, or automation in the vendor’s proposed training delivery model. ODJFS welcomes proposals for this work from any qualified vendor, including individuals, certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), or any organization or business with the necessary skills and experience. The selected vendor will analyze agency needs and options, and make recommendations for enhancing and optimizing training delivery in ODJFS’ Office of Families and Children (OFC)—Automated Systems Training (AST) Section. Deliverables will include: analysis of industry standards and options; of currently available training tools and of capacity within ODJFS; and recommendations for updating ODJFS training models and automation for training delivery.
