LBRS Data Maintenance Application RFP
Opportunity Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals for development of a solution that will provide local jurisdictions the ability to maintain, develop and disseminate its data in a streamlined, affordable manner. The project is designed specifically for maintaining street and address datasets, providing real-time quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the data set to support multiple business needs including the Emergency Call Routing Function for Next Generation 9-1-1 services.
The Project will leverage existing county and state Location Based Response System (LBRS) resources to advance intelligent transportation technologies in support of the State’s transition to Next Generation 9-1-1 services and future technological advancements by providing a mechanism to take the individual County data (Roads and Addresses) and ensure that they meet the LBRS specification and requirements for inclusion into the OGRIP LBRS Data Store. In addition, it provides an export of the data that can be used by ODOT to update their LRS and inventory systems.
