Opportunity Description

The Ohio Development Services Agency (Development), Office of Community Assistance (OCA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified bidders to perform an application of agreed-upon procedures to review and evaluate the reliability and accuracy of the accounting, audit, and reporting practices and procedures of certain Ohio Electric Distribution Utilities (EDUs) relating to the Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP) program.
