Large Audio/Visual Conference Room Upgrade Project for Aircenter 4020 and 4200
DUE DATE CHANGE: BIDS DUE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM MAY 29, 2018 AT 1:00 P.M., EST TO MAY 31, 2018 AT 1:00 P.M., EST The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is soliciting bids to identify one (1) vendor to assist ODJFS by providing equipment and associated components, installation and oversight, as well as system design and programming needed to upgrade four (4) identified Large Audio/Visual Conference Rooms (A/V Rooms) at two (2) ODJFS locations in Columbus, Ohio. This request will be used to establish a State of Ohio Purchase Order (PO) for upgrading the A/V Rooms as identified in this document. This vendor will supply all equipment, component parts, engineering, programming, and labor needed to install and implement the solution. The four (4) A/V Rooms are located as follows: Air4200, 4200 E. 5th Ave., Columbus, Ohio, 43206 Room G179 Air4020, 4020 E. 5th Ave., Columbus, Ohio, 43206 Room A118 Air4020, 4020 E. 5th Ave., Columbus, Ohio, 43206 Room A119 Air4020, 4020 E. 5th Ave., Columbus, Ohio, 43206 Room M152 ODJFS will only accept bids from vendors who are authorized to provide Computer Hardware, Software, and IT Services under their approved Department of Administrative Services (DAS) State Term Schedule (STS). Vendors submitting bids in response to this request must have a valid STS status in effect prior to the bid due date and time.
