ODPS IT Service Desk

Opportunity Description

The purpose of this RFP is to procure the services of established Information Technology (IT) service desk contractors to perform the existing service desk functions at an increased level of efficiency while utilizing DAS ServiceNow at an off-site Contractor’s location. The Contracted Service Desk is expected to take ownership of problem tickets from start to finish. The Contracted Service Desk analysts will handle tier 1 support calls, use ServiceNow to create problem tickets that are either resolved at the Contractor’s Service Desk or forwarded to the assigned ODPS Support Groups (tier 2 and 3).
