Question:   This is RFI-why do you need costing now? Is it going to be Firm, Fixed Price? Do you have specific vendor in mind? At this RFI stage - Is teaming allowed? Thanks

Answer:   Costing information is a major reason for this RFI and is therefore information needed in the response. As stated in the RFI for VoIP professional services a fixed price cost per connection on a tiered basis is being requested. For contact center professional services labor rates for ACD and IVR will be the basis for the fixed price cost being requested. There is no specific vendor in mind. The vendor to provide these services must be certified in Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Call Manager Express and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, as well as act as a Cisco Certified Contact Center partner (for ACD or IVR requests). Teaming would be allowed, however the requirement in the above paragraph must be satisfied.
