Answer:   1: What is the total budget amount for the project? Answer: The total budget amount will remain undisclosed. 2: Who will deliver the training to the end user? Answer: The Ohio Department of Job and Family will determine this based on the design and length of the training curriculum after we have selected a vendor. However, we anticipate that the training might be delivered by staff and/or partners in Ohio’s One-Stops all across Ohio. 3: How long should the training be? 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 6 weeks? Answer: Based on the bidder’s previous experience and expertise in adult learning, we would like the bidder to propose the timeline for the training in order to enable job seekers to accomplish the four bulleted items in Section VII. A. of the RLB. 4: Should the training course stand alone or build upon each other? Answer: This training course should stand alone including all the topics identified in Section VII, Specifications of Deliverables. 5: How many individuals are expected to be trained? Answer: Typically, dislocated workers and long-term unemployed individuals receive training in small to medium sized groups. Again, the bidder should propose the ideal or range of size of audience, based upon bidder’s experience and expertise in adult learning. In the last full program year, almost 19,000 adults and almost 15,000 dislocated workers participated in WIA services statewide (not including self-service only) . 6: What are the demographics of the targeted audience? Answer: The audience will be dislocated workers and long term unemployed workers all across Ohio, and the demographics are similar to all Ohioans age 18 or older.
