Or does the future upgraded application need to stay On Premises? The future application upgrade is required to be an on premise solution. 2 What is the nature of your 93 custom JAVA Classes?  It is not a “typical” PeopleSoft install to have custom JAVA objects.  The nature of the JAVA classes to implement ODT business rules for tax allocation. These allocations are then used for journal creation in PeopleSoft. 3 Will these need to be upgraded or converted by the outside vendor? No

Answer:   1. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this? (like,from India or Canada) This is not an application process, it is a Request for Information. Anyone may respond to this. If an RFP is released as a follow-up to this Request, we would not be permitted under State law to contract for any work to be provided outside of the United States, nor may we contract with companies based outside of the United States. 2. Whether we need to come over there for meetings? There are no meetings required for this Request for Information. Just a submission of information, as requested. 3. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? (like, from India or Canada) This is not an RFP, no work is requested at this time. If an RFP was released as a follow-up to this request, we would not be permitted under State law to contract for any work to be provided outside of the United States. 4. Can we submit the proposals via email? Information submitted as response to this request may be submitted via email, as indicated in the document. There should be no proposals at this time.
