Question:   How will BWC ensure the safety of our testing team if onsite work is required during the current pandemic?

Answer:   BWC have been following strict guidelines regarding COVID best practices, since COVID-19 began. Most of our staff work remotely. Any staff working in the location where the pen testing would be done must wear mask, and temperature checks are done on anyone entering the building.

Question:   Are there any options for replacing the kiosk testing, or can it be done remotely?

Answer:   The kiosk testing cannot be replaced. It must be done in person and canít be done remotely.

Question:   Your SOW appears to require onsite work for the wireless network testing and the attempted skimmer tampering with the kiosks. Can a wireless network configuration review be swapped in place for the wireless pen-testing?
