Question: What is the format that the State is looking for with regards to the monthly costs and number of licenses by SKU?
Answer: The State and successful bidder will determine the format post-award.
Question: Under this engagement, will licensing be centralized by DAS or will each agency secure licensing and pay for their licenses independently?
Answer: Each agency will pay for their licenses independently.
Question: Under this engagement, will licensing be centralized by DAS or will each agency secure licensing independently? How does this affect payment for the licenses?
Answer: Each agency secures and pays for its own licensing.
Question: How do services rendered through this contract align with STS schedules that may be in effect for similar services?
Answer: ACQ1039 is a separate procurement and does not align with any State Term Schedule.
Question: In the event of discrepancies, how will licensing disputes handled between ServiceNow and the State of Ohio?
Answer: Reconciliation issues will be handled by the State. Terms and Conditions have been pre-negotiated by the State and ServiceNow. The Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable.
Question: Is accepting the Ohio Payment Card a mandatory requirement for this ITB?
Answer: No, accepting the Ohio Payment Card is not a mandatory requirement for this ITB.
Question: In the event of licensing discrepancies, will the reseller be responsible for license verification and reconciliation activities?
Answer: No, in the event of licensing discrepancies, the reseller will not be responsible for license verification and reconciliation activities.
Question: Is it the expectation of the State that the monthly costs and number of licenses by SKU will be broken down by state agency?
Answer: No, monthly costs and number of licenses by SKU will not be broken down by state agency.
Question: Does the State require a specific number of references (page 9)?
Answer: Bidders should submit enough references demonstrating their ability to provide the licenses required by the State.
Question: Are wet signatures required or will the State accept electronic signatures (referenced on pages 6, 10, 14, 30 and 35)?
Answer: At least one of the copies submitted to the State should contain wet signatures.
Question: Is the State of Ohio willing to waive the hard copy requirement stated in Part Three on page 6 of the ITB and accept electronic responses due to coronavirus?
Answer: Please refer to the State's response to inquiry 76088 that was posted on May 7, 2020.
Question: For the required references, can they include ServiceNow services clients?
Answer: The Bidder must provide references demonstrating the Bidder’s ability to provide the licenses required by the State. Bidders must determine how to respond to this requirement. The State cannot evaluate a bidder's response through the inquiry process.
Question: Would you consider removing the hard copy requirement and accept electronic copies due to the current Covid-19 pandemic?
Answer: The State will not remove the hard copy requirement. Bidders must follow the Bid Submittal process located on page 6 of the ITB.
Question: Is this bid asking only for licenses or Implementation of modules and Support to platform as well.
Answer: The bid is for ServiceNow On Demand subscription licenses only.
