Question:   • What agency or organization supported you in development of your previous strategic plan? Are they available for consultation with the winner of this bid? • Are the staff who participated in the previous strategic plan still working with the Childrens Trust Fund? • Who are some of your key partners that you work with across the state? • How will funding for this bid past Fiscal Year 16 be allocated?

Answer:   • What agency or organization supported you in development of your previous strategic plan? Are they available for consultation with the winner of this bid?
Answer: These submitted questions are not concerning the work and requirements as stated in the RFP. Please refer to Section 2.2 of the RFP which states:
“The State will only answer those questions submitted within the established time period for the Vendor Q&A process (see Section II, Anticipated Procurement Timetable, above), and which pertain to issues of RFP clarity, and which are not requests for public records. The State is under no obligation to acknowledge questions submitted through the Q&A process if those questions are not in accordance with these instructions.”
• Are the staff who participated in the previous strategic plan still working with the Childrens Trust Fund?
Answer: This question is not concerning the work and requirements as stated in the RFP. Please refer to Section 2.2 of the RFP.
• Who are some of your key partners that you work with across the state?
Answer: Key partnerships include, but not limited to: PCSAs; County Child Abuse and Child Neglect Prevention Advisory Boards; Children's Advocacy Centers; Ohio's sister agencies, which include the following: Ohio Department of Education, Ohio Department Health, Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Ohio Department of Disability, Ohio Department of Youth Services, Ohio Department of Public Safety, and Ohio Department of Job and Family Services; Ohio Universities; Private Non-Profits; Various Stakeholder Associations; ADAMHS Boards; Local Health Departments; Ohio Hospitals; Ohio Children's Hospital Association; Pediatricians; and Attorney General's Office.
• How will funding for this bid past Fiscal Year 16 be allocated?
Answer: This project is anticipated to be renewed only through SFY 16.
