Answer: All questions submitted during this Q&A Process should be relevant to the information listed within the posted Request For Information document. All other questions and/or statements unrelated to the specifications will not be answered.
Question: RFI questions: 1. Can the length of RFI response be increased to 15 pages to provide a more comprehensive response? 2. Do you anticipate this solution being deployed only for internal facing applications or do you foresee a need to be (also) utilized in self-service citizen facing applications? 3. Do you envision this as a stand-alone solution or integrated with existing applications? 4. Please provide your thoughts on workflow.
Answer: 1) No, the response page limit is 10-pages and can not be increased. 2) ODJFS is looking at internal facing applications only. 3) This application should be a state-alone solution and not integrating with another application. 4) ODJFS envisions workers at the county JFS agencies using this as a tool to locate recipients and gather relevant information during their investigations.
Question: 1. Would you please indicate the incumbent provider and product for these services? 2. Would you please indicate the contract value of the current contract for these services? 3. Is the response cover page included in the 10-page limit?
Answer: 1) There is no incumbent provider of these services. 2) There is no current contract for these services. 3) No, the response cover page is not included in the 10-page response limit.
Question: CoreLogic Questions: Public Record Data Elements, page 5: Please clarify if there is a desired list of licensing agencies that the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services requests be searched for professional licensure. Public Record Data Elements, Page 5: Please clarify if home rental history is also required, in addition to home mortgages, car loans and liens. Inquiry Updates, Page 5: Please clarify whether the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services requires the monitoring of update information following a query search. For example, following a query on an individual, would the vendor be required to provide an update if an arrest or conviction event transpires.
Answer: 1) ODJFS does not have a list of licensing agencies. 2) Home rental history is desired, but not required. 3) No monitoring or updates subsequent to an inquiry are required.
