Minority Business Enterprise

This represents a contract that was bid as an MBE set-aside, on which only State of Ohio certified MBE vendors could bid and receive an award. View more information on MBE certifications.

MBEP

Minority Business Enterprise Participation Contract

This represents a contract that was an opportunity open to all vendors, or is a negotiated schedule, which has a State of Ohio certified MBE vendor listed as an awarded vendor or dealer.

MBE3

Minority Business Enterprise "3" Contract

This represents a negotiated schedule where three or more State of Ohio certified MBE vendors are listed as State Term Schedule/Master Maintenance Agreement holders or dealers in an area/category. To obtain MBE set-aside credit, agencies must solicit quotes from at least three State of Ohio certified MBE vendors in the area/category.
