Question: Isnt this the same RLB that was out and cancelled in September RLB-OIS-12-018? Why was that bid cancelled and reposted now with the only difference being less years in several of the required skills?
Answer: The prior posting assigned to this RLB was RLB-OIS-12-018. ODJFS/OIS management determined that it was in the best interest of the State of Ohio to review the requirements, project funding and test resource needs. Upon completion of management review it was determined that project resources were wtill needed for this project, and the RLB re-posted.
